Senior yoga class.
These classes incorporate 5 fundamentals of the program including proper breathing, spinal elongation and stabilization of the pelvis, ribcage, and spine. The goal is to strengthen your core muscles, toning, increasing flexibility, building muscles and improving balance. You will work your whole body and feel better than ever. 
Ages 65 & up

Training class will be held on Tuesday, January 28 at 9:45a.
