Allow this class to demystify meditation and mindfulness and bring the ancient practices to the modern era. This class will be part open presentation and discussion and part practice. Learn real-world techniques to build, maintain, and grow a meditation and mindfulness practice. Bring a yoga mat or blanket as well as a journal and pen. In addition, chairs will be available.
