Lifeguard Training Class - Life Skills Save Lives

Get certified in CPR/AED, First Aid and Lifeguarding through a Blending Learning American Red Cross Lifeguard Course! 

After successful completion of this course, submitting an application and a backround check, you will be hired by the Town of Branford. Start your career as a lifeguard today. You are required to attend each date at their respective times. See details below.

Monday, June 16 - Friday June 20th. 9am-2p @ Walsh Intermediate School Pool. $200 fee that can be paid after completing the pre-requisites. Sign up by emailing Lisa at rathsacklisak@sbcglobal.net 

Pre-requisites:
* At Least 15 years old by the end of class. 
* Access to a computer
* Swim 200 yards continuously
* Tread Water for 2 minutes using only your legs
* Complete a timed event consisting of swimming 20 yards, a surface dive, pick up a ten pound object from bottom of pool and return to the side of the pool while climbing out.
