Begin your yoga journey: Beginner Series Yoga to Welcome the New Year
Welcome to your mat! Join this beginner series yoga class; ideal for anyone looking to start or re-new a yoga practice in a comforting and restorative environment. Learn the fundamentals of a yoga practice including postures (asanas), breath awareness (pranayama), and how to create an intention (sankalpa) for your practice and your life. Yoga facilitates proper posture and alignment, enhances circulation, boosts mood and memory, improves muscle flexibility, fosters balance and radiates inner strength and beauty. Allow this class to illuminate your path to improved health and wellness. Advanced practitioners welcomed! Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle.

Introduction to Meditation
Allow this class to demystify meditation and bring the ancient practice to the modern era. This class will be part open presentation and discussion and part practice. Learn real-world techniques to build, maintain, and grow a meditation practice. Bring a yoga mat or blanket as well as a journal and pen. In addition, chairs will be available.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga
New Year, New You! Ring in the New Year with this energizing and uplifting Power Vinyasa Flow class.  Wash away the stale layers of last year and find your inner strength and beauty through sun salutations, warrior series and detoxifying twists. Suitable for all levels; modifications will be given to allow the practitioner to develop their foundational poise in each posture allowing them to access the more challenging postures as the class matures. Bliss out in a final relaxation to culminate a well-deserved repose. Bring a drink and mat with you.
