TEEN TRAVEL PROGRAM GUIDEBOOK_2026
This program is designed to allow teens to foster independence, confidence, and resilience. The teen will travel and make friends while visiting many exciting places!!
Payment Plan Available-Residents:
Deposit: $250 - Due at Registration
2nd Payment: $225 - Due on April 1st
Final Payment: $225- Due on May 1st
*NON-RESIDENT Registration begins March 9th (If available spots).

PLEASE READ: RULES OF TEEN TRAVEL
*NO Smoking of any kind, this includes vaping.
*NO alcoholic beverages or illegal drug use is strictly prohibited.
*The use of vulgar or profane language is not allowed.
*Please arrive at all trips at the scheduled times. Buses will NOT wait for Travelers who are late. Parents, please pick up your Travelers on time. Parents must complete the sign-out process with the designated counselor when picking up their child. Parents are NOT permitted to pick up or drop off children at designated field trips or meet buses on the side of the road. Please keep in mind the departure and pick-up times.
*All Travelers must wear their “Teen Travel” designated backpack/gear at all times, unless instructed otherwise.
Fighting, stealing, abuse of equipment, grounds, facilities, etc., will not be tolerated and are subject to dismissal from the program.
*No bullying or endangering another person’s well-being.
*Disrespect to the staff members and towards other travelers will not be tolerated.
*Travelers MUST follow all the rules and regulations that pertain to the field trips, bus companies, and the rules and regulations of the establishments we are visiting.
*Please do not bring valuables with you on trips.
*There will be no refunds for trips not attended.*
Scooters, skateboards, rollerblades, etc., are NOT allowed on trips.
*Travelers are allowed to bring snacks with them on all trips and a lunch when indicated.
*All travelers MUST stay with their assigned counselor. You are NOT allowed to go off on your own, unless permission is granted by the counselor.
*Travelers MUST be with a buddy at all times.
*All travelers MUST have a watch with them for all trips!!!! You are NOT allowed to be late for check-in times and departures.
*Travelers are encouraged to bring cell phones with them if they have them. (You MUST follow all rules about cell phones at all locations. ie, theaters)
*Any Traveler who cannot abide by these rules will be dismissed immediately from the Teen Travel Program.
*No refunds will be granted. NO EXCEPTIONS! Remember, you are responsible for your actions.
*Please notify our department of any restrictions or limitations that we should be aware of before traveling.
