Winter Kids Zoom Fitness Classes

Kids needs to get their energy out and this is the perfect way to do it! Children will learn fitness in a fun, challenging and safe way at home. No equipment needed, just a small area and Zoom capability. Classes explore cardio, balance, strength and resistance training, and are designed age-appropriately to increase your child’s confidence and self-esteem. You will receive an email the day before each class with the Zoom log in. It will have a password and also a waiting room for instructor to accept you into class.
Introduction to the importance of fitness. Practice balance, develop cardio skills (running in place/jumping jacks/quick feet), and increase body control.
Have fun with circuit training and fitness games. Learn a variety of exercises, cardio to body weight resistance/strength, quick footwork and correct form. Write your own workout plan!
Adaptive, Grades 2-8
Watch young athletes’ eyes light up as they’re introduced to the joy of fitness. This carefully designed Zoom class will provide exercise instruction and practice, with modifications specific to the needs of the adaptive student. Participants will learn proper form, stretching, fitness games, while enjoying the support of fellow classmates!
