Join Sally Noel for Yoga in the Park. There will be ample space to relax, enjoy amazing views and practice Yoga safely. Classes are one hour long and suitable for all levels. Sally loves sharing the tools of insight meditations, breath work, and calming yoga to release stress and tension in your mind and bodies. Please bring a blanket or towel, yoga mat, sunscreen, bug spray and water. Everyone will be required to wear a mask until you are on your mat.
Soul Chill Yoga for All: Surrender to the flow. This session is a balance of soothing release and awakening key strength to stimulate your energy. Class is appropriate for beginners and beyond working to open the body and focus the mind in a kind way.
Meditative Flow Yoga: Acquaint yourself with deeper breath and release tension. A gentle yet powerful practice to open hips, back and shoulders while strengthening your balance and sense of presence.
