Join Sally Noel for Yoga! Classes are one hour long and suitable for all levels. Sally loves sharing the tools of insight meditations, breath work, and calming yoga to release stress and tension in your mind and bodies. Please bring a blanket or towel, yoga mat and water.
Soul Chill Yoga for All: Surrender to the flow. This session is a balance of soothing release and awakening key strength to stimulate your energy. Class is appropriate for beginners and beyond working to open the body and focus the mind in a kind way. Class is held at the Joe Trapasso Community House
Outdoor/Morning Soul Chill Yoga:
Enjoy this session outside with mother nature as we ground, calm & liberate our body/minds. Soul chill yoga allows for plenty of time to breathe, be and center. Class builds like a wave, beginning slowly and very gradually builds energy. We move through practicing a variety of postures to help develop flexibility, strength, presence and patience. All levels welcome, all encouraged to move at their own pace. Bring a blanket or something to stretch out on the grass, yoga mat if you like and anything else that will support your body in comfort. We meet in the far corner of the field beyond the softball fields, follow the walking path around the field to the end and you'll see us.
