Studio One Classes:
Studio Dance Studio is known for their friendly and family oriented atmosphere.  Our focus is on creating and encouraging an environment where dancers can work on technique, style and most of all experience the joy of dance. Studio One Dance Studio is located at 4 Brushy Plain Road.
 
Adult Cardio Time with Studio One: Adults 
Instructor: Paola and Studio One Staff
Come join us as we get in shape while having fun!  This class consists of easy to follow cardio dances, toning and stretching.  You will leave feeling refreshed.
