Join us as we take a collective moment to pause and melt into the beauty and support this beautiful planet provides. Our practice will be an offering of gratitude and recognition that we are part of the whole. We will move through various Earth Salutations to help calm and release the effects of stress and tension on the body/mind. Relaxation and meditation will complete the practice with the added bonus of nature's authenticity surrounding us! All are welcome, beginners encouraged. Bring a big blanket to stretch out on and any added comfort you like (yoga mat, blocks, cushion, straps - none are required but feel free to bring if you have).
