Studio One Classes
Class will be taught by Ms. Paola Rarick & the Studio One Staff
Location: Classes will be held at Studio One, 4 Brushy Plain Road
TODDLER AND ME-CREATIVE MOVEMENT: Ages 1.5 - 3 yrs.
Come join us for a dynamic, creative movement class that teaches toddlers the joy of music and dance. The toddlers will be accompanied by an adult. This is a wonderful bonding experience and a great way to introduce our toddlers to new environments.
TINY TUMBLERS: Ages 2- 8 years old.
This is a fun and engaging class for 2-8 year olds where they will learn the foundations of tumbling and acrobatics. It is a great way to keep your child moving this summer! No experience necessary
MOVE AND GROOVE WITH MS. PAOLA: Ages 18+
This class offers a bit of everything. We will start out with a warm up and then go into Jazz/Hip Hop dance choreography in which you can hone in in you coordination and cognitive function. (Did you know dancers who learn choreography are more than 60% less likely to develop dementia/Alzheimer's?) Then we will go into some light weight exercises followed by a yoga inspired cool down.
*Please bring a yoga mat and 2 light weights (around 5 or 10 lbs each)
