Holiday Tree Lighting & Parade Registration
ANNUAL BRANFORD HOLIDAY TREE LIGHTING & PARADE PARTICIPATION FORM
SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 28, 2026*
(*RAIN DATE- SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 29 2026, No Parade. Tree Lighting only )
MUST BE AT THE HIGH SCHOOL NO LATER THAN 5:30 P.M.
PARADE STARTS AT 6:30P.M.
Kick off the holiday season and be a part of the season by participating in the holiday parade. Be creative, have fun, and join our annual Holiday Parade this year! Carry festive banners, wear costumes, carry battery operated candles, or create a float** (a school float, a family float, a neighborhood float, a float representing your organization, your business, your religion, etc). Just remember to be creative. Santa and Mrs. Claus from the North Pole, along with Rudolph, will be on-site finishing off our parade with our department. NO OTHER SANTA'S/MRS CLAUS' ARE ALLOWED IN THE PARADE!
**FOR 2026, DUE TO SAFETY & THE CURRENT CONSTRUCTION ON MAIN ST, NO 18 WHEELERS & FLAT BED TRUCKS ARE ALLOWED IN THE PARADE!!! Permitted floats include pickup trucks, small landscape trailer (can't attach multiple trailers together), vans, cars, etc. To avoid disappointment & turning away floats at the event, please contact our office or email us a photo of your float to confirm if it meets our requirements. Full parade rules will be emailed to participants leading up to the parade.
NOTE: All Participants MUST register by Friday, Nov 20th! The group leader must register & fill out the information on the attached registration form.
