Conditioning for the High School Athlete: Grades 9-12 entering Fall 2022
The benefits of an organized and well-tailored conditioning program in the summer is critical for the fall athlete who wishes to compete during the season. Local high school athletes will have an opportunity to learn the fundamentals of injury prevention, agility training and conditioning that meet the requirements for their specific sport.
