Power Barre: Mondays 5:45 PM
A unique twist on traditional Barre including low impact cardio plus light weights for a total body workout. All levels of experience welcome. Weights provided. Bring a mat and water bottle with you.
Strength Fusion: Wednesdays 5:45 PM
A fun twist on strength training utilizing an eclectic mix of weights, bands, bodyweight and even a hint of dance. Helps build and maintain strong bones and lean muscle. All ages and fitness levels welcome. No two-classes are ever the same!
Qi-Gong: Mondays/Wednesdays 6:45 PM
Discover the gentle art of Qigong, a centuries-old practice that combines mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation to improve balance, flexibility, and inner calm. This class offers easy-to-learn exercises that restore energy, reduce stress, and support overall well-being. No experience necessary—just wear comfortable clothing and a willingness to explore the path to greater health and serenity!
