Join us for various fitness classes that allows you to drop into any or all of these classes based on your schedule
  
Power Barre: Mondays 5:45 PM
A unique twist on traditional Barre including low impact cardio plus light weights for a total body workout. All levels of experience welcome. Weights provided. Bring a mat and water bottle with you. 

Strength Training-Lean Machine: Wednesdays 5:45 PM
Lean Machine-Hang onto lean muscle while burning fat with this total body strength workout that incorporates bands, balls, weights or just plain body weight. Strengthens bones and helps with balance. All levels of experience welcome. Weights provided. Bring a mat and water bottle with you.

Qi-Gong: Wednesdays 6:45 PM
Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice that involves the cultivation and

balance of Qi, pronounced (Chee), the body's vital energy.  Coordination of body-posture, body movement, breathing, and meditation are involved in this exercise as you improve on your physical and emotional well-being. Register for one day or both days.
