Power Barre: Mondays 11:30 PM
A unique twist on traditional Barre including low impact cardio plus light weights for a total body workout. All levels of experience welcome. Weights provided. Bring a mat and water bottle with you.
Strength Training-Lean Machine: Wednesdays 5:45 PM
Lean Machine-Hang onto lean muscle while burning fat with this total body strength workout that incorporates bands, balls, weights or just plain body weight. Strengthens bones and helps with balance. All levels of experience welcome. Weights provided. Bring a mat and water bottle with you.
