Our Counselor in Training (CIT) program is for those teens who are interested in working with young children during our Summer Camp Program. There will be a mandatory training/meeting prior to the start of camp. The meeting will be held at the JT Community House.  Our CIT’s are an instrumental part of our camp program. It is important that each CIT is dedicated to the program. All field trips are included in the registration fee. Lake Compounce is a reward for excellent performance as a CIT. A packet/application will be sent to each participant with a This must be filled out by the CIT candidate.
