Adult Man Doing Laps In The Pool
Participants will learn and refine all 4 strokes, dives, turns and proper breathing, as well as build endurance and speed. This clinic is designed for competitive swimmers as well as those interested in joining a High School Team. Build confidence and strength for the upcoming season!!!

Pre-requisite: Must be able to swim at least one lengths of the pool freestyle & backstroke.
