How to Avoid the Nursing Home: Join us on Tuesday, September 15 at 11:00 AM to learn more about the CT Home Care Program for Elders (CHCPE). This allows 65+ individuals to receive care at home rather than a nursing home. Individuals are likely eligible if on Medicaid. Sign-up in advance to hear more about this program.
