Evening Fall Fitness Classes ~ Thursdays, January 8th - March 26
Tai Chi: Thursdays 4:30 PM This form rejuvenates the body, soothes the mind, & improves
the spirit. Health benefits: balance, circulation, stress management, cognitive ability, flexibility
& a sense of well-being. Alanna Keating makes it possible for beginner and advanced students
to learn together, each at his or her own level and pace. $10 for this winter session
