Medical Transportation is available for Branford Residents ONLY that are 21 years of age or older. Transportation is provided to doctors/appts. located in Branford, North Branford, East Haven, New Haven, Guilford, Madison, Divine Street-North Haven & the VA Hospital West Haven.
