- Tennis/pickleball hard courts open play is on a first come, first serve basis outside of scheduled recreational programs (both Parks & Rec and Branford Public School sport teams).
- Click "Mobile Version" (better to view on a mobile device) or "View Calendar" (better to view on a computer) at the top of the webpage to view when the courts are reserved for scheduled recreational programs.
- Open play is NOT available on these select days, times, & courts when the calendar shows scheduled recreational programs.
- Courts open when the park opens (~8am) and closes when the park closes (~9pm) starting April 1st until mid/late November (exact date TBD). Opening/closing dates & times subject to change based on the weather. Parks & Rec reserves the right to close the courts at their discretion at any time.
- As of 5/12/25, the court lights are operational. They will automatically turn off by 8:30pm. No play is allowed once the lights turn off.
- Courts will have both tennis & pickleball nets. Players are required to bring their own playing equipment (racket/paddle & balls) and wear proper athletic attire (sneakers only!).
- All players must be respectful to one another, be courteous of their level of play, and share court space equally with other players.
