Chair Yoga: Balance & Strengthening Class
Join Phyllis as she shares her love of teaching Chair Yoga by creating an environment which allows her students to become stronger. It is through her nursing career, ballet, many styles of yoga over the years and her own journey in life that she has become passionate about staying strong through chair yoga. If you prefer not to be on the floor for your yoga practices and strengthen your body and balance, we have the solution. Join our multidisciplinary class to gently strengthen, stretch and balance, along with yoga postures utilizing a chair. Please wear comfortable clothes & sneakers. Bring a water bottle with you.
